If you are using "come" as the command, you must always say "come". Changing the command confuses your dog.
Dogs have short attention spans.
If your dog gets bored during training, stop training your dog or keep the sessions short. You can train multiple times a day to cover up the time.
Not until you are confident your dog can handle distractions
Busy regions have a lot of distractions. Yo dog may not follow your commands. Therefore, the training sessions must be done at a place where it is calm and quiet period once you have confidence at your dog will not get distracted, then you can take him or her to busy regions.
