RAGI DOSA
RECIPE

Ingredients

¼ cup Onion

2 Green Chillies

¼ cup Curd

¼ cup Rice Flour

1 cup Ragi Flour

Ingredients

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

4-5 Curry Leaves

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Mustard Seeds

In a bowl, mix ragi flour, rice flour, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, salt and curd.

Step 1

Pour in some water and mix it till it becomes smooth and free of lumps. Keep aside for two hours for the batter to ferment.

Step 2

In a pan, saute cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves till they crackle.

Step 3

Add the tadka to the batter and mix well. 

Step 4

Heat a flat pan and pour the ragi dosa batter. Spread it evenly to make a thin and crispy dosa.

Step 5

Once the dosa is cooked through, serve it hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
