Cathie Woods is the CEO and Founder of Ark Trust. Cathie registered ARK Investment Management LLC (“ARK”) as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2014. With over 40 years of experience identifying and investing in innovation, Cathie founded ARK to focus solely on disruptive innovation while adding new dimensions to research.

Nadja Swarovski

Chair,Swarovski Foundation – Founder Atelier Swarovski

Nadja is Chair of the Swarovski Foundation, a UK charity which she established in 2013 to foster culture and creativity, promote human empowerment and preserve the environment globally. She also heads up the Swarovski Waterschool, which is active in six continents teaching youth about water conservation. Both philanthropic organizations are focused on the delivery of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Nadja was the first female member of the Executive Board of Swarovski, which was founded in Austria by her great-great-grandfather Daniel Swarovski in 1895. With a mission to bring Swarovski to the forefront of the fashion industry and elevate the brand’s perception, she led the Branding, Sustainability and Licensing divisions and launched the luxury fashion jewelry brand Atelier Swarovski.

Mona Scott-Young

CEO/Founder Monami Entertainment

Mona Scott-Young is an American television producer and entrepreneur.

She is the CEO of the multi-media entertainment company Monami Productions, best known for producing the VH1 reality television franchise Love & Hip Hop.

Scott-Young has been honored at ASCAP’s “Woman Behind the Music” event in 2011. She has been honored with awards from the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music Entertainment, named “Marketer of the Year” by Ad Age, and recognized by the National Congress and Convention of Haitian-Americans.

Scott-Young was awarded at the MTV Movie & TV Awards for “Reality TV Royalty”.

Jeni Britton Bauer

Jeni Britton Bauer is an American ice cream maker and entrepreneur. A pioneer of the artisan ice cream movement, she introduced a modern, ingredient-driven style of ice cream making that has been widely emulated across the world but never duplicated.

Jeni opened her first ice cream shop, Scream, in 1996, then founded Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in 2002. Her first cookbook, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams at Home, is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller and won a coveted James Beard Award in 2012.

It quickly became the de facto bible for anybody making their own ice cream or thinking about opening a new-style ice cream shop.

Dottie Herman is the quintessential American success story. She exemplifies the qualities of a great leader, mentor, and role model. After attending Adelphi University.

Dottie began her real estate career in 1978 working as a broker for Merrill Lynch on Long Island. In 1989, Merrill Lynch sold their real estate division to Prudential, where Dottie stayed on as one of their leading brokers.

With the change in ownership, Dottie was convinced she could run the company herself, so in 1990 she borrowed $7 million dollars from Prudential to purchase Prudential Long Island Realty

After high school, he quickly grew bored in college and dropped out. He is passionate about economic empowerment and equity.

Hester M. Peirce

The U.S. Securities and Exchange (SEC) Commissioner, Crypto Mom

Hester M. Peirce was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and was sworn in on January 11, 2018.

Prior to joining the SEC, Commissioner Peirce conducted research on the regulation of financial markets at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. She was a Senior Counsel on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, where she advised Ranking Member Richard Shelby and other members of the Committee on securities issues.

Commissioner Peirce served as counsel to SEC Commissioner Paul S. Atkins. She also worked as a Staff Attorney in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management.

Commissioner Peirce was an associate at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering (now WilmerHale) and clerked for Judge Roger Andewelt on the Court of Federal Claims.

Commissioner Peirce earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University and her JD from Yale Law School.

Under her leadership, membership at the company’s 1221 Ave. of the Americas WINS chapter grew by more than 50%.

Satya S. Tripathi is UN Assistant Secretary-General and Head of New York Office at UN Environment. A development economist and lawyer with over 35 years of varied experience, Mr. Tripathi has served with the UN since 1998 in key positions in Europe, Asia and Africa in the areas of Climate Change, Human Rights, Democratic Governance and Legal Affairs.

Judith Heumann

International Disability Rights Advocate The Heumann Perspective

Judith (Judy) Heumann is an internationally recognized disability advocate. She served in the Clinton and Obama Administration and was a Senior Fellow at the Ford Foundation.

Judy’s story was also featured in the documentary “Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution,” a 2020 American award winning documentary film produced by the Obama Higher Ground Production.

She recently released her memoir “Being Heumann: An Unrepentant Memoir of a Disability Rights Activist,” written with Kristen Joiner. Judy is now the producer of The Heumann Perspective, a podcast and YouTube channel that aims to share the beauty of the disability community.
